Yes I feel very sorry for your predicament, but it is what I have been saying. Hopefully it will all work out in the end but don’t blame a specific company due to other actions that have been taken , I am sure reBuy do not wish to resell stolen phones, so think of the problem the other way round .What I meant with my earlier post is that according to rebuy I needed to supply them with proof of purchase and a form of ID before they paid out. After asking on here several other people have mentioned that they weren’t asked to provide anything hence why I found it strange that they had asked me.
I contacted three for proof of purchase but since they are taking forever I asked whether rebuy would be happy to accept a photo of the back of the box to confirm the IMEI number and that I actually own the phone. Thinking about it maybe it’s to do with the fact I left case and screen protector on it when I sent it. Does this make sense now?
