The Apple store app says my order is on hold, the website says they have received my payment information.

Amazon starting to update the photos on those leather case listings so looks like it is actually the case we have ordered.

To be fair everything is glitchy at the moment whilst they process so many orders - I am sure it'll come through soon enough.
Your order won't ship for at least a few days so don't worry too much - the order status page / phone lines usually come back online later in the evening of pre-order, you'll be able to update it then,.

I haven't had my email confirmation either. Ordered iPhone 12 Pro Max 256GB Graphite. It is showing in my orders however but no delivery date being shown.
Having the same problem with getting through to someone at Apple to but the automated system did repeat the order details and confirmed delivery of 13th November so hopefully confirmation email will turn up soon??
lol santander asked me to confirm three transactions, two to Microsoft (for Xbox order) for 0p and one to Apple for £1099 - the text came three minutes after apple tried, so guessing it got declined as not showing in pending.
I had that, keep ringing 08000480408 and when it asks you to press a number, just keep pressing Zero and it will pass you to a person.

Yes, I echo this. Often at this point post pre-order day there are glitches as Apple is processing all orders. Will be fine.
Once you confirm with your bank it was you, you will need to contact Apple and ask them to try again - they will put your order and delivery date on hold.

I dont think amazon case prices is a glitch; last year the leather cases were cheaper than apple.
