iPhone 12 Pro Max 128GB Pacific Blue ordered (looks like I was one of the first, since the Store App went down after I ordered), forgot to order the blue leather case though, so that's not due until December. Anyone got another website that sells the case? Cannot find it anywhere else.

I think you get an email allowing 7 days to get payment to them before order dates slip.

Never bought a leather case for my phone before, primarily because I didn’t like that the bottom of the case was more is less completely open.
Anybody know if the new leather cases for the 12 Pro/Pro Max are still open at the bottom? I’m sure I read something somewhere that suggested they are a different design now.

I once returned an apple item which I opened to amazon. They accepted it and refunded me but sent me a "warning" email saying that for the future they expect to receive returns in the same condition they were sent (i.e. not opened and used lol)

If you type that code into Google it comes up with the leather case with MagSafe not the wallets so I think it refers to the case
Yep, they are slowly updating the images but the description is the case and once ordered the tracking info in the Amazon account shows a tiny picture of the case, just not a picture of the case on the main page.. yet. I'm sure they'll update that in the next few hours.
The cases for the Iphone 12 are all closed at the bottom
I’ve had similar problems today, Apple Store app not live until 1.05pm, then my Apple Pay wouldn’t go through. Had to quit the app and head back to my basket. It worked then and I got a delivery date of the 13th. About an hour ago, received the text from Santander to confirm my transaction. Replied to it to confirm. Then half an hour ago, App Store notification to say payment declined and to contact my bank or change payment method. On the order page it looks fine, so I think Apple will try again and bank should now allow it? Massive phone queues at my bank and at Apple, so I will just wait until the morning and check the order page again.
This has been an absolutely dreadful pre order experience for me.
iPhone ordered at 13:09, loan agreement email accepted 13:17. Account still says iPhone order is ‘on hold’
3 hours later and I am STILL trying to get through to an Apple representative on the phone. Their customer service has really gone downhill. Gone are the days where you could just get an update via the online chat function.

They've had literally millions of orders in a couple of hours. This sort of thing (order status not being there, updating slowly etc.) happens on every launch day. It'll probably sort itself out by tomorrow.
I'm the same, 13th Nov on email but it just says arrives on order page. System is just slow I think

On phone to bank now. Looks like they blocked the card due to the amount going out all at once. Hopefully I can get it resolved - just being put through to the Fraud team now. Can’t get through to Apple on chat at all. Wish my step-dad would’ve ordered it instead of sending me the money & having me go through this rigmarole 
I was going to buy one of them but since i got one included with my iPad Air 4 I'll use that one and stick with the 29w one for my iPad

I'm with Lloyds. Just had the same convo with their first adviser and now on hold for the fraud dept.
