So lets say I order with EE and change mind about colour or capacity ? Are you claiming I can walk into an EE store with my device and walk out with a no questions asked replacement within 14 days? I don't think so. I can do this with Apple no problem.
I mean, you can do it but the process takes days..

This was how ‘busy’ Bromley Apple store was when I collected 8am last year

You can only do via telesales/online orders. Not EE stores because you can see the demo devices before purchasing.

No store policy is different.

If you have purchased online or over the phone you can return the phone with in 14 days and only pay for them 14 days.

Just upgraded via EE Chat £91 + 20% discount was offered £72 in total with Apple Music. Cheaper than I am paying now.

The advisor seemed legit, sent me all the T&C in chat, PIN code sent to my device I had to send back in the chat.

I also have additional 10% off because I have BT broadband, if that remains total cost would be £63.7

Seems legit, Hopefully its proceed. My EE account shows I still eligible for upgrade tho, they systems are very slow form memory.
Was this for the 'Full Works'? Did they give you any information on other tariffs that will be available?

Sierra Blue or Silver?! I'm having last minute jitters..help!
I keep flip-flopping between the two. Even considered gold this morning as well. Only one I've ruled out is graphite (just a bit bored of anything grey or black).

Think I've settled on silver - in my opinion it looks the cleanest and most sleek, only thing putting me off is the lack of PVD coating. My silver X and XS got pretty scratched, whereas my MG 11 Pro and PB 12 Pro have been pretty much scratch-free. I know you can polish them out of silver but it's a bit of a pain!

Nope sorry its a Smart Plan, I don't need full works. Just 1 smart Benefit which is Apple Music. I assume 1pm for other plans or chat is handing out info if you want to speak to them

I had a meeting at 1 but asked if it could be changed to 10 past as "I have to drop my Mum off at 1" (why lie?) and thankfully it's been put back to 1:15!
I’m showing up a few mins late due to issues with teams on start up - conveniently lasting 5 minutes

Amazon have the Sequoia Green leather case for the 13 Pro Max available for preorder at the slightly cheaper price of £55.96 if anyone is keen. Apple retails for £59

DPD are much better, with their 1 hour time slot etc, although I recall Apple using UPS.....
will be DPD or UKmail..

the stock will all dispatch from Syncreon in Hinkley and use either of those.

there will be someone who will 100% think their phone has gone from Hinkley to near Newcastle by mistake... one of the company tracking stops is called Royton (or something) and google maps find the town in the North East :D

Noob question here as first time selling to MusicMagpie. I have a 'saved' order which has 10 days left to be 'saved' and I have not checked out yet. I saved it on 13/09 so can check out until 27/09. When does the countdown for 14 days start from - from when I check out? I also was reading and don't fully understand this 'process in 21 days' situation.

Wish they were coming from China with UPS - it’s always fun when you get the flight right and the tracking syncs lol 😂
