Dont even. I have to charge mine 3 times a day.... hats off to MM though it came to me with 100% battery health

Yep my 2nd charge now done, I'm looking at 3, possibly 4 charges per day. Roll on Friday!

Music Magpie do seem to be one of the best sellers as well as buyers in the market.

sorry unrelated but anyone with Vodafone broadband and it’s down?

I had a Vodafone broadband outage for approx. 1 hour around lunchtime - I had to use the burner to hot-spot to 4G so I can access my work PC. Voda seems to be back ok now, usually its reliable.

I just did a weight comparison between the Apple leather case for my 12 Pro and the Apple silicone case for my 13 pro max and the silicone case for the larger phone is considerably lighter. That’s gonna help with the transition from my Pro to the Pro Max

Second U turn of the day, went from posting off to MM a 12 pro, to an X, back to the 12 Pro..

12 Pro is now finally with Royal Mail as of lunch time, had the 'Thanks for the drop off' Email from MM...

Now we wait, hopefully paid by Friday if other timeframes are accurate that have been posted

Has anyone ever managed to get MM to extend their quote by a few days?
Never tried although id like to know if your 21 day price lock is from the day you accept the price or add to your basket

noticed you can get a price and then click 'save for later' where it stays in your basket for 14 days

does this mean even if the price drops, yours would stay at the original price offered, then you could accept it on day 13 of it being in your basket and then get the 21 day price lock from there?

Sounds too good to be true..

You have to complete checkout to lock in your price - otherwise it could change.

It takes nothing of the sort. eSIM is pretty much instant.

On Friday I received a temporary phone from Amazon so I could send mine to Music Magpie

The key thing is YOU MUST have your old phone available and active as EE send an SMS to your old SIM (old phone if it is an eSIM or any phone with the physical SIM in) to activate the new eSIM.

  • Old phone - log in to EE app > Settings > Device and SIM > Replacement SIM > eSIM
  • Choose that you are moving to a new device
  • The eSIM QR code will be shown on screen
  • On new device scan the QR code and add the eSIM (the phone number will show 00000000000)
  • On the old phone click on activate SIM card, it will be there after you have scanned the QR code
  • Wait for SMS to arrive and type in the number (autofill should have the number for you to select)
  • Old device will lose signal and new device will gain signal
  • Turn the line off and then on again and the phone number should update to your number
Mine took no more than 30 seconds to transfer across. It took longer for me to dig out the ejector tool, take the case off, remove the SIM and place in new device for the physical line I have on the device as well.
It’s even easier if do it digitally. You just pay for it and have it ready to download on the old phone via the ee app. log into your new phone and then download on there. No scanning QR codes.

Good luck with yours, I'm currently tracking my 12 PM with Royal Mail back to the MM base!
Payment would be great by Friday or over the weekend.

Serves as a decent warm up this week before tracking of the 13 on Friday!

I see people complaining about the battery life on their iPhone 6/7. My 12PM is absolutely abysmal. Started the day at 11 on full charge and it’s now on 36% and dropping like crazy just using 5G for navigation and a bit of tiktok… is that normal?

Have you been on these forums much? For some reason it absolutely drains battery

Even yesterday Safari on my MacBook popped up and told me that this website was using a lot of power
