Checked again at 6.05pm... and the download was ready to, er, download. Giving it a test run on the 2016 SE I use as an iPod replacement while it's charging, will do the other two tomorrow.

Yeah my iPhone 7 was struggling to compose an email in outlook whilst streaming music to my AirPods on the bus earlier. I think I’ll wait for iOS 15!

I could be wrong, but I'd definitely encourage people who have a new phone coming to upgrade to iOS 15 now if they can. While I'm sure a launch day device will be able to bring over your stuff from iOS 14, I'd expect the process to be a bit smoother and quicker if it's iOS 15 -> iOS 15.
My tracking that appeared about 30 mins ago says Delivered by North West RDC which implies they now have it.
Frustrating thing about living in the Highlands is that if I lived anywhere else I would probably get my phone on Friday but I will have to wait until Monday unless by some miracle it arrives in Glasgow on Thursday night.
My experience usually means it starts making its way north on Thursday and then gets scanned in Linwood at 0630 which is about 30 minutes after the trucker comes to Fort William!
Nobodys fault at all just a bit annoying that it is probably sitting somewhere just now and could easily move to Glasgow half a day earlier.
Could get lucky though!

I was just going to start packing up my 12 pro max for mm ,and was logging into my account ,but logged into my other account it said saved 2 items, which was the max and £30 extra so £705 ,so it said carry on selling or whatever, so I clicked through to the end then I got an email for the sale and pack etc, so I’m thinking I now have another 21 days to send it off is that Normal?
