Here is my dilemma, last year someone in this group kindly gave me a 20% student discount code. When you add this on to my 10% second line discount I get 30% off my monthly line rental which means I pay £61. When I upgraded EE took this off me and I complained to the CEO. They agreed to honour the extra 20% for the duration of my contract.

I am certain if I upgrade I will lose the 20%.

On top of that, when I try to upgrade online it says:

Sorry, it looks like there are no suitable plans available for this device right now.
I can sort you out with a code. Dont want you missing out on Sierra Blue.
