You can do it through the iMessage business chat, if you go on your orders page you can go on start chat with them it'll pop up on iMessage

is it already on way to you for tomorrow?

if so, its probably too late for that now... would be quicker to get it delivered and either return to store on arrange another pick up... I never like the idea of 'refusing delivery' to then watch it get lost going back to sender.

Ordered iPhone 13 pro through EE on Sunday at 9 am. Received text giving me tracking details but no email whatsoever , it’s been dispatched from EE side . DPD has now updated to parcel received from sender and I can now select time slot !! Roll on tomorrow hopefully DPD stick to the slot 😊

edit: it’s now on its way to my local depot.

Has anybody else ordered from Curry’s? I ordered 13 Pro Max, it is currently sitting at “order confirmed” but not yet dispatched. It did state I would have it on launch day so they better hurry up and send this evening.

Club DHL don’t panic if the tracking doesn’t work tonight, last year mine only worked from tomorrow iirc and it had already been through a lot of the network. Batch updates maybe, or poor a/sync interfaces.

Can someone confirm how much AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss cover is for a 13 Pro Max 512GB - i can't see the price as i dont have a serial number yet

I'm paying 14.50 for insurance with EE - might switch it to AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss

Got my dispatch notification from Curry’s for 2 13 Pro Max’s just after lunchtime today - DPD are delivering tomorrow - I’m sure you’ll get yours soon.

Just go on the Apple site and select the phone as if you were going to pre-order & add the AppleCare, it'll tell you the price.
