Nothing here with CPW, very disappointing service.
Still nothing for me, when I ordered it, It said that I’ll get it on the 24th if I order before 10pm on the 23rd and I ordered 20th
Bloody he’ll thanks for posting as was going with Argos as they was offering £569. But just locked in the price at carphone now for £600. Do you know if you need to sent the wire also with the phone or just the phone is okay? First time using there trade in service. Also I would not have felt completely safe going with Argos so thanks a lot saved me big time.

Nope, but will be starting the 13 Pro clean. I never carry over the BS from my old devices, both on iOS or Mac OS.
can't you also just change in store? I'm sure someone (or more) has done the trade-in in store and get the cash added straight onto a debit card.

Ideally I want to set up my 13 Pro as a new phone rather than use a backup - how does this work when transferring an Apple Watch? Will my years of activity data etc still show on my new phone?

I’ve sold to carphone warehouse in store a few times. It’s very easy. They run a few diagnostic checks and then put the money onto your card there and then.

all the data is in the health app and in iCloud no? that's the bit I have;t quite figured out... unpair watch and pair to the 13 is the plan for me.
I’m not sure never used there service before for trade in. I could well go in there it’s worth a shot. Do they require the original box do you know? Or just the phone?

Just seen your message now I might well go in there then. Do they require the original box and original wire do you know? Or just the phone itself?

…..setting up as new means exactly that - your phone will be new with none of your data on it. If you’re not restoring from a back up then you can’t expect all your Fitness stuff and other app info to come across?!I was wondering the same thing. jeez.. my WhatsApp storage is 17gb alone!.. need to delete some stuff from there
Yeah, it’s all in iCloud. You might lose a bit of activity data from the day you do the transfer but all the achievements etc. will come over - it can take a few hours for them to show up though.
but my data is in the health app not the phone.. the health app is backed uo to iCloud so it goes to my new phone...
what is on the watch that doesn't transfer?
