This is a known issue according to AppleCare support. You can call them to set it up, will have long wait times to get through.

Biggest upgrade I’m feeling is probably 5G. The speeds I’m getting in the top bedroom of my house are the fastest I’ve ever seen. I don’t get fibre broadband here, so this is a game changer.
Camera(s) definitely deserve a mention though. Low light and macro images are ace.

Who else is going protector-less? Iused to always use one but decided not to on my 11 Pro Max ad apart from micro-scratches its faired well over the last 2 years. I'm not using one on my 13 Pro Max...... as I'm on the apple upgrade program with AC+, if it get's scratched badly, it'll develop some "intermittant fault" and get an express replacement
Me...I went case-less for the first time with my 12PM, and, after 10 months, it's still pristine. Therefore will be case-less with my new 13PM too. Never used a screen protector before, can't stand the things!

I've just upgraded from 11 Pro Max to 13 Pro Max and my phone isn't picking up 5G on my Unlimited Max plan. Anyone seen this before?
Just picked mine up! A fair queue even at 4:30pm at my local store, but quite a few didn’t have a reservation so got in quite quickly (and a cheeky hour before my slot).
Haven’t unboxed it yet but ProMotion on the demo models was very cool.
Quick note for anyone who started their IUP on 12 Pro launch day last year - I didn’t need to make any additional payments as Barclays had already collected the final month’s direct debit, so that assuaged my worry that I’d be charged twice and have to chase a refund.

May not be much to some, but big bump from the Wi-Fi speeds I can get here and the 4G speed on my 11 Pro Max.
Do you definitely get 5G in your area? If you don't then you won't get it even if you are paying for a 5G plan.
Couldn’t get 5G at home on my old Vodafone plan but this EE setup will do nicely! Might be tethering more than I’d planned to 😏

Well, there’s always one or two cases each year but it seems my 13 Pro has gone “missing” at the depot.
In other words, someone has stolen it.
Always thought DPD were decent, but after todays interactions and customer service I’ll never be using them again.
