That's interesting. Royal Mail back in the day wouldn't let you post anything that had a battery inside, even if connected and non-removeable. For years I've been lying and saying "it's a box of minidiscs"... ;)

haha!
I generally always say its a camera or phone case etc!

Saying that, I sent some 4s LiPro RC batteries via Hermes (I know I know, but I was taking a punt and didnt care if they got lost....) and they got to their destination without issue...... just seems to be hit and miss! Post and keep fingers crossed!

Apple has finally taken the money from my bank! The payment got cancelled at first since I had forgotten to raise the card limit but after a quick call to after sales they took the payment again and it got through. Still on processing in Apple store but sure to change soon.

Waiting for a 13 Pro 512gb graphite, 4th to 11th of Oct slot. So excited!

You would have to sell it has not working they will check if you sell as working ,if it was me I would eBay it explain all faults £160 ish it’s a hardware problem the xr was plagued with same fault

All these man bags being posted 😂 - what has the world come to.

Just my opinion. Not here to offend anyone.
Visit any business park and you'll see a great many men carrying man-bags. There's just too much stuff to lug around these days.

Is anybody using CarPlay on iOS 15 and the 13 any differences to a year ago I’m having CarPlay retrofitted on Monday in the car cheers

Yup. I work in a business center here in the American southwest and often travel to other cities for work. I see man-bags everywhere. Some people call them satchels.

It's pretty much the same: there's a driving focus mode, it supports wallpapers now, enhanced views of intersections in Maps (it'll switch to a street-level view when you come to a junction, then zoom back out afterwards - not 100% sure if that's enabled yet though, I've not tried it), Siri can now announce messages for you in CarPlay as well. That's about it I think.

Yeh I have a ruck sack that I carry my laptop in when I go to work - its just more the evenings/weekends etc - I want something to stick my phone, wallet, and keys into (separate from the phone of course!).
Winter is not so bad - jacket pockets do the trick - its more when somewhere indoors or wearing lighter clothing etc where pocket space is limited!
My car key is like a small phone in itself!!!

Pretty much the same TBH.
I only ever use CarPlay for streaming music and for calls or responding to messages with Siri.
Everything else, including navigation etc, I use the car inbuilt system for as it all comes up on the HUD in the windscreen, although I believe Apple maps is now compatible with this also.....
iOS I found very reliable with wireless CarPlay - no issues with iOS15 yet, but hopefully it will be just as reliable ;)

I have a SnapBack AirTag wallet, with my 2 main cards in it (First Direct credit card and my Amex card).

I only take it out to a restaurant or similar, the other 99% of the time, I’m all about the Apple Pay from my Watch.

I could be wrong but I believe it depends on whether the battery is user removable or not. If it is you can only send the item without the battery. If the battery is non-user removable like in the iPads and iPhones I think it’s okay to send them by post. 🤔
