I need, going to be an expensive few months!

Got this burning a hole in my pocket from when I traded in my MBP with apple.

Saving for the 14” MBP I’m hoping is out in Oct! But expecting that to hit close to 2k by the time I bump up the SSD

Think the rush for a S7 watch might be more stressful than the phone this year!

Have locked in £173 with MM for my S5 titanium so hoping there’s not delay in the watch launch.

Plunc are offering more for apple watches

£210

That's disappointing to see such hefty depreciation on the titanium Series 5 after only 2 years. I thought they would have held on to more of their value due to the more exotic material.

Yeah significant depreciation on it! Apple offered £150

If it wasn’t for a redesign I’d have not been tempted to change this year

Wow. Only £150 from Apple?

My wife was offered £120 for her 2 year old Series 4 aluminium this time last year. We only paid £99 deposit for it as part of our Vitality life insurance, so she actually made money on it 😁

Nice! Never looked at them before. Any experience with them?

Any idea how long they let you have to send in items?
Yeah used them a lot this year. Decided to send my 12 pro max to them to get a quicker sale sent on Thursday lunchtime and paid by 3pm today

They give you 14 days

I think MM’s price for an unlocked iPhone 12 is reasonable at £380 (currently) although it WAS over £400 under a week ago…..!!!

But, their price for a Series 4 Apple Watch, 44mm, Black, Stainless Steel is pitiful at just £123……

Does anyone have an "extra money" code for Music Magpie? Currently offering £570 for my 12 Pro 256Gb which is almost enough to pay off my remaining finance.

Seriously considering a 13 Mini, depending on how good the camera is.

IMHO £380 is really poor.

I locked in £497 for my 128gb 12 but whacked it on FB market place and sold it for £550.

How strict are MM with their assessment. Ive just noticed one and only tiny needle size mark (like a dot) on left camera lens surround. Rest of the phone is spanking new.

’Good’ condition states that light wear and tear is acceptable so think you’ll be ok

Last year Apple let people pre approve finance a day or so before the pre order launch. When pre orders then went live it was a case of using the Apple store app on the phone which, when preorders opened, showed the page to check out the phone. I had selected collect at store but you can get it delivered too

Thanks for your reply. Do you know who they used to pre approve? Was it Barclays, and if so do you have to get in touch with them the day before?

Yes Barclays. It was all through the Apple store app. If it was like last year, they will advertise the pre approval step through the app. It’s was quite prominent

Used them for the first time last year, unlocked and ‘good’ condition (the best you can choose on their site) and they gave me the full amount offered

had an apple leather case on it from day 1, treated it like any other phone, in and out the pocket for a year with keys in there, dropped it a few times (while in the case) and never used a screen protector (insist that these newer iPhones don’t need them)

from the naked eye the phone still looked like new and I couldn’t see any scratches or anything when I posted it off at all. I’m sure they probably could of found something if they looked, but basically as long as you can tell your phone still looks like new I wouldn’t worry about them offering any less than they quote. Obviously give it a good clean before you do.

I actually don’t think I’ve seen any post on here of anyone being offered anything less than quoted yet, anyone?

Have locked in £500 for my 11 Pro Max 256 with MM. Although still undecided whether to actually use it as will still have to spend another £500+ ish to get a 13 Pro at the right capacity. Will depend on the announcement.
Those camera bumps (on the renders) look huge which is off putting. Also, those iPhone 14 preview renders make me want that instead.

Pretty certain I’ll be sticking to Silver again this year unless some decent colours actually come out! Don’t want no toy phone colours! Hahah. On that note I need to think about sending in my phone at some point don’t wanna delay too much with MM 🥳 excitement begins

Hi all, currently still paying off iPhone 12 Pro as I used Barclays finance. Is it possible for me still to upgrade using this method? Not quite sure what my options are. Thanks for any replies.
