iPhone 13 Pro Max transferred to my work iPhone 13 (not even pro!!).

Have even found the original outerbox that the 13 came in. So it should be fine in the main iPhone box then the brown box that came in.

I’m yet to make use of it on my Apple Watch.

might be useful for some, just not for me

My daily pickup rate is quite high so hopefully it will assist with that!!

Also who is excited about the AOD? I don’t own an Apple Watch so am really looking forward it! For me it’s this years stand out feature!

definitely! I always enjoyed AOD on the androids. Number of times I reach over to touch the iphone display just to wake it up and see any notifications.... be great if I can just leave it in place and see everything I need to without doing that extra touch.

Yep! Wonder what that’s all about

Bottom left hole is speaker. Top left hole is a button that can be customised for user preference?? or vice versa.

I remember reading theverge article and it mentioned garmin are doing well because they have many many buttons and amazing battery life and thats what apple need to compete with.

Just dropped off my iPhone 13 PM at the PO. Paid for special delivery (£8.95 if anyone is keen) should reach MM tomorrow before 1300. The wait begins.......

They recommend not doing that as they insure it fully if you use their label, and that also helps speed up the tracking and payment as the label is linked to your order.

So iPhone 13 Pro has been given to my Mum and I've gone back to an iPhone X in prep for iPhone 14 Pro. Anyone else gone back to an older iPhone? I use it less and pickup less.

One thing I hope Apple adjusts for the Pro and all of the watches is when GPS is initiated before a run/bike/etc.

Almost all GPS sports watches for several years allow the user to pre-lock on to GPS before an activity. So with Garmin, you pick the activity and it then acquires GPS lock on before telling you it's ready - you can then press Go/Start.

The Apple Watch doesn't actually initiate the GPS until you start an activity and the 3-2-1 countdown has finished. The start of a run track can end up quite wobbly as a result as it's trying to acquire GPS lock on and also guesstimating your pace and location. This can be especially problematic if you're in a more challenging environment like wooded trails or a city centre with tall buildings.

Anyone know from recent years how quickly Amazon sell any new iPhone? Do they tend to sell them on launch day or is it usually later? Do Amazon do pre-orders themselves?
