Mulling up the options and think it might be better to sell and pay off the rest of my loan. I‘m sure this has been asked before, so apologies, but is this the process?:
1. Phone Barclays and pay the rest of the loan off - think I still have £560ish (is this easy to do? Do you get it in writing to make sure no extra payments get taken!)
2. Contact Apple and cancel AC+ to get a pro-data refund (again, how easy/quick is this)
3. Sell old iPhone and sign up to new plan/loan
Any help appreciated…

Can you settle early with Barclays and not get charged any extra fee etc?
Applecare can be cancelled quick and easy - just one phone call.
Definitely, I've only used 100GB of my 256GB 12PM as I like to transfer my videos for video-editing before the Cloud.
I intended to go 128GB on the 13PM but that can't handle Pro Res 4K video, only 1080p.
I've set up a 256GB on pre-order but even thinking if 512GB is the safer long-term option for this year.
Without actual hands on use, its difficult to know exactly how much memory the new Pro Res vids will take up.
The 1TB option sounds pretty crazy!
Can you opt for in-store pickup if you’ve been pre-approved on the app? I have my old 11 Pro to trade in and would rather do this in store in person than send it off via the post

The major win was Amazon screwing the actual 12 prices, just too busy pre-ordering on Apple to get in on time!

The £643 is only for 'Like New' though (The device is like new and shows no signs of wear). Drop that to 'Very Good' (The device is in a very good condition and only has a few slight signs of use - e.g. some slight, superficial scratches. The scratches on the display cannot be seen when the device is switched on) and the offer drops to only £500

I feel you, I’m still very much debating the 13 to 13 pro. The weight is a very big con for me. And thinking about it I never really use the telephoto etc. Yeah the 120hz sounds nice but tbh my 12 pro atm feels good enough in terms of refresh rates so im not certain which one I’ll be pre ordering yet. Either way dunno why I’m dithering it’s only gonna be with me for a year before all this drama starts again
To me the 13 is a no go as my main reasons for upgrading over the 11 Pro are the screen and camera upgrades. But that weight gain though it sounds not much is a real pain. I think the last time I owned a phone over 200g was way back with the Nokia N93.

I've got my Barclays approval for a 13PM 256GB in Graphite. Have a 12PM 256GB in Pacific Blue, but IMO the Sierra Blue is a bit too pastel for me.
As per previous post replying to someone else, I only got my recycle price locked in at 01:00 this morning, so have £605 with SellMyiPhone. If anyone wants to donate a not-to-be-used higher recycle lock in, then that would be awesome! (Not sure how many companies lock in their lock ins to specific person/specific bank account though - not suggesting I send in my phone and you get the cash in your account lol!)

Yes. On Friday you can select in store pick up or delivery when preordering.
Its definitely an issue for me.
My 11 Pro Max is 226g and it’s just too heavy. Notice it all the time but especially with one hand as my little finger always ends up supporting the base. Becomes annoying. A constant reminder that I should have got the Pro instead of the Max which is only 188g for the 11 Pro and about the same for the 12 Pro.
So a real disappointment that the regular pro 13 is now 203g
and the pro max even heavier at 238g
at least the regular 13 is still under 170g (but without the features I want!)
