I’d do it; I did it with EE a month ago, and my account became weird with upgrade problems which calls to EE didn’t resolve.I am on EE SIM only and have a physical SIM - is it worth changing over to eSIM? Probably wait though until after launch day as their (very good normally may I add) customer service will be rammed

When she spoke to her bank did she speak to their second level team? I've had a similar issue in the past with a purchase, the first level agent I spoke to said their wasn't a block and it wasn't till I spoke to their 2nd level that I got someone with the right access level to see it.Guys and girls I need your help!!!!

So basically it says she needs to update her payment method.. so she went on and tried to reprocess it, tried different credit cards, tried a debit card and every single one gets as far as this screen ..
I’ve deleted her default card and changed it to another and everything

Apple were no help saying it’s the fraud block from her cards but she’s spoken with them and it’s not at all.

I think you haven't lost your spot in the queue. I completed my payment about 30 minutes after pre-orders started due to similar issue and the dates had already slipped.
