In terms of design I don’t think you’ll find a better one than ESR Armorite. What would the alternative design be? The earpiece speaker can’t be covered otherwise it’d sound muffled. This is the closest you’ll get to full screen coverage…
At Argos they have 256GB Silver or Gold 14 Pros in stock, for delivery on launch day if it’s any help.
Currys also has quite alot in stock for Friday.
The GM is the same as the ver released today so you are all good.
My order has changed to "Not Yet Shipped", and I see there's less and less options to pre-order which I assume means the one that have been pre-orders will be ready for launch day.

So I had a screen protector from ESR for my 12 Pro Max and it didn’t have a notch...was the speaker somewhere else other than the bezel? Never seemed to effect the sound quality?

Upgrading through EE, wanted a Pro Max 256GB. This year, unlike some other years, I wasn't too fussed about the colour - I quite like them all this year and I just wanted one that would come sooner rather than later.
Had a look at purple - their estimate was 21 days. No good. Black? 28 days. Even worse.
Silver? it said "We will deliver to you as soon as we receive stock." Here comes the brain fart. Jet lagged as I was, my brain understood this as "You will get the phone as soon as we receive our stock of iPhones on the 16th!" and I went with that.
48 hours later, it suddenly clicks that what they mean is "We have no f*cking idea when we will have that model in stock, so good luck mate!".

Sigh…every year I swear I won’t upgrade…iPhone Pro Max 128gb in deep purple ordered along with AirPods Pro 2 and a series 8 watch in midnight with cellular. Roll on the constant checking of order status / tracking etc!

Trade in offer signed up for Friday 4pm, iPhone collected by DPD Saturday, trade in processed 4pm today, paid by 5.30pm.
I completely forgot to lock in a trade in value weeks ago. Rebuy offered £695 for 13 pro 256gb unlocked. One small nick on the top corner of the frame you could feel with your finger but no change in final value.

I said exactly the same thing. I bought the 14 Pro Max 256GB in Silver and will be buying the Apple Watch Series 8 in Silver and AirPods Pro 2
