No, it’s a 36 month interest free agreement, plus they’ve already charged a bit more than rrp but makes overall more affordable monthly, also you can trade in your phone and swap to new one after 24 months
I was considering Sky Mobile initially until I checked the price breakdown and noticed they'd added £180 onto the RRP for the iPhone 14 Pro Max 256gb. Thats taking the p!ss a bit if you ask me.

It's been 9 days since sending mine and still no scan although marked by RM as delivered 4 days ago, apparently that only means it's got so far where they pallet them up for delivery to MM warehouse.
Poor that really but as long as they pay out then all good

That’s true it does cost more…idk I guess the overall price per month looks more appealing and I mean it’s kinda like not buying a Starbucks once a month in additional cost wise over 36 months

Tried to speak with Three about the lack of shipping notification, but the agents were pretty useless and had no other info other than 'you will receive a message when it is being delivered'.

I have a suspicion that they wont post to DPD until later today, but never ordered with Three
I ordered with Three and I’m having the same problem. No order confirmation, expected delivery date etc. I was told when I ordered it would be delivered on the 16th and speaking to online chat they have said the same thing you’ve been told. Frustrating!

Yeah, it’s really cheeky because the payments are spread over an additional year. Makes the monthly payment lower, but you pay for longer and pay more in total!

0% from Apple is always the best (unless you have a great network upgrade offer)!

I priced up a 256GB Pro Max on EE and on that it worked out £2300 over 2 years

Fingers crossed it'll be sorted soon. Have you done a chat with MM?
A couple of times but they are vague on whether the 21-day price promise is honored at the point that it says delivered or the point at which they scan the package at the warehouse. All I have asked is they extend the price promise as the delay is at their end of the pipeline and I sent it to them in good time, however, they say they are unable to do this. The slight irritant is whilst all their comms say "Allow 7 days" when you speak to them they say "7 working days" - even so my calculations still puts me within 7 working days but the agent I spoke with last calculated it differently. Anyway, it really should be processed today as another forum member, whose parcel also showed as delivered on Sunday, had theirs scanned yesterday. Delay I can live with, it's the promised price I need them to honour.

Feel a bit left out of the fun as I have mine scheduled for pick up tomorrow from Apple - think I have the first slot, a 9:15-9:30am for my local store, so only 22 hours or so to go until it’s new phone time!
Let's share the boat... my pickup is later though

Once again ee have sorted it out just like last year with getting the pre order on day one received text from dpd will be getting it tomorrow.😁😁. Off I go to order a case and screen protector.

Isn’t Sky that don’t do annual CPI/RPI increases though? Most other networks do, so over 24 months it might be the same. 0% from Apple most likely cheaper though

Off topic (slightly)… Londoners… how is the city with crowds?

I’m heading over tomorrow for the weekend (it’s been planned and booked since April 🙄) and I am dreading it.

Picking my phone up at regent street in the morning

What's your current monthly? I've always been on a sim only deal but looking at the prices these days for contract phones is nuts!!
I am on a sim only with 20% perks and £5 loyalty on a £120GB deal

Was just pricing it up with £90+ contracts which is scandalous

Virgin do the same but only added an extra £96 to the iPhone 14 Pro 256gb over the 3 years.

I think it's pretty poor on their part as they imply the delay is my responsibility, which it is not, and this could affect the 21-day price promise. As I said, I can accept the delay but not them honoring the offered price. The irony is this year I opted for selling to MM instead of eBay so it would be a stress-free process and was happy to take a little less for the iPhone for a smooth transaction.

Does anyone know when the most common time to find out your DPD slot is? And what time of day those slots usually are?

It wasn’t much different in the sq mile. Tbh it will be the westminister and surrounding areas which will be busy. Avoid green park station too.

Sure it will be fine

Still no movement on my curry’s order. Does anyone know how long it take them to refund the money? I might cancel and go for John Lewis.
I’m going to chance John Lewis tomorrow too. Hopefully they go live online at midnight.

You’ll get your timing once the van is loaded and leaves the depot. Slots would be throughout the day. No way to say what time you’ll get yours!
