Well my DPD deliveries are on their way to the Edinburgh depot. DHL one still showing as still waiting to receive but suspect that could even be them having not yet scanned into their system

I've lost track of this thread this afternoon/evening after an email from Air France changing our flights to Thailand next year. They have brought the main forward by a day though got an extra night in Thailand so not the worst thing in the world 😂 but impacts other connecting flights and extra hotel costs for a night. I feel that I may have cursed it by wishing last week that we had another night at our first hotel / destination!! Dreams can come true.

To bring it back on topic am, for the first time, not planning to take any other camera with me on the holiday. Usually take a DSLR or mirrorless plus a couple of different lenses and a GoPro for snorkelling (but last time the GoPro died) and I didn't use the mirrorless much.

We're going on our honeymoon to Vietnam in November and my fella rang me at work the other day to tell me our flights out had changed, I almost had a heart attack but it turned out that they're just a couple of hours later and all it means is less time hanging around in Doha 😭

Still nowt from Amazon here. Given they haven't even given out estimated dates, I'm not optimistic that anything will move overnight - I would have expected it to move to "dispatching soon, cancellation isn't guaranteed" on the cancellation screen by now if it was going to move tonight. Ah well.

upgraded with EE yesterday and it said ‘will be delivered on launch day’ … had nothing since then and called EE just now and they said the website says that to everyone but it could be 28 days or more until it’s dispatched and that it’s not dispatched yet. seems misleading to me. anyone else ordered with EE and was told launch day delivery when ordering? have you had dispatch notifications yet?

Hello everyone. So I have a 128gb pro max ready for pickup tomorrow from my local Apple Store. If they have stock can I upgrade it to a 256 gb model and just pay the extra when I get to the store? Has anyone done this before?

also those using rebuy be warned it’s only insured £100. my 12 pro max is worth £532 so i’m sending via royal mail special delivery for £500 compensation. only £8 odd

All my amazon orders get dispatched around midnight / just before and delivered following day by Amazon Logistics. SO if I was getting an iPhone from them tomorrow I wouldn't have expected to have my dispatch notification yet - unless they were using DPD which occasionally happens.

Don't think it's the fact there hasnt been a dispatch email yet (ive ordered from Amazon too) its the fact there's been zero changes other than ''we'll email you when we have an estimated delivery date''.

Usually it will update with a bit more info before dispatch. Honestly though, who knows.

Where are you going in Vietnam? We went to Hanoi and Ha Long Bay in 2013. Great trip.

Reservation open at 6am tomorrow, I recommend making a reservation for the iPhone desired and when you get to the store you can get your initial order refunded

Yes. If you’ve already paid for the 128 they’ll refund you and then do the 256 as a new purchase
