I feel more secure knowing its on my macbook somewhere physical? lol yeah I get you.
That and i'm old skool, been doing it this way since my very first iPhone

For those wanting to pre order from John Lewis tomorrow, I can see that there are for each configuration for both Pro and Pro Max

There will be:
34 space black
52 deep purple
15 gold
23 silver

This will be for each storage capacity. Don’t know if it’s placeholders but this is what I have found. Goodluck.

I only checked 128/256 pro / pro max, 512/1TB might differ

Busy week here, have tried to keep up to date with the thread, it's been a nightly routine and I've failed sooo much content!!

Anywhos have my tracking number from O2, day off tomorrow to give my new phone the time and love it deserves

Me too, not to forget the constant panicking and people losing their minds because an order hasn’t updated yet.

Just to have all my files across all my devices in sync is worth it. It’s no hassle to do, just switch it on in the iCloud settings, do it for photos, I do it for iCloud Drive too so have my desktop across macs the same, iMessage in cloud, what’s app backed up to iCloud. And the. Your regular phone backups store there too. Clearly you blow the 5gb in no time, but worth buying more for peace of mind.


I also back up my redundant storage nas to cloud too


I have too much of my important stuff now on phones and in files to risk losing them

Is this online only? Was hoping I could do click and collect from my local John Lewis

Same, but I looked back at a couple of previous deliveries from DHL and my tracking has absolutely nothing between the 'collected' and the following morning's 'at the delivery depot' (and has always been on time):

Yeah, this is what is showing in their stock at the moment but it might be placeholder but it’s what’s being reported. Instore stock won’t be included in my numbers.

Don’t worry this happens every year and by 9am tomorrow it should be out for delivery.
Are you in NI?
Everytime I order something from Apple that comes via DHL on the DHL site they always have the date wrong until it is out for delivery, but on the Apple and Syncreon sites it’s correct.

Record it. Make sure you record it turning off. Once my iPhone was replaced with a fake. Caused issues with insurance claim.

I should qualify that - I dont have Amazon logistics in my town. Everything comes from DPD/Royal mail, and typically the latest I can order for next day cut off is around 9!

Not holding my breath.
