I also ordered a back up from Currys and haven’t hear a bean

Got the email from DPD to say it’ll be here tomorrow but on the tracking page it just says we’ve received your order details and we’re expecting your parcel shortly.

No comms from EE since, but the DPD app is showing a parcel from EE arriving tomorrow. Someone on the EE forums mentioned similar! It links you using your phone number/email apparently.

I often find that DPD notification comes before the retailers dispatch emails.

Nice! If you like cocktails then you should go to The Club Bar (or Bamboo Bar) at the Metropole for a Graham Greene Martini. Historic bar and hotel! We stayed at the hotel for a couple of night at the end of the trip. One day we had a couple of hours by the pool and when we went in for a dip the staff folded our towel and clothes on our lounger!

Just checked my last delivery from a couple of days ago (albeit nothing similar to an iPhone) and they emailed at 5.28am to say it had been dispatched for delivery that day. That’s plenty of notice before 6am Apple orders open 😂

So interesting!! 😲👀 It almost looks gold in the top left but that's just it catching the light, a few frames later it turned silver as the camera panned round it.

I’ve been black iPhone for a long time, this year I finally went silver. Can’t wait to open it!!
 
Why doesn’t Amazon and other retailers have a simple system. Show current number of stock that would be easily attained (I know Amazon this year probably have like 3 of each phone but let’s just exclude this years anomaly), for argument sake 10,000 and then update the figure as they get more stock whilst update the delivery window. Instead of this current system where it’s like ooooohhh u wanted this on that day…we will see then but put your card details down now though. (Tbh I like the anxiety if it were too perfect it would be dull to me lol) it’s like gambling.
