Missed out on ordering on the pre order Friday due to the issues with the app. Went on the app at 6am this morning and managed to get a Space Black 256gb Pro for pickup from Trafford tomorrow lunchtime. Seems there’s quite a bit of Pro availability for pickup tomorrow across the country, not so many Pro Max models available.

Yep. I’m heading to Trafford in 30 mins. You could have picked up today from Arndale!!
Both of mine have now updated and the time of 16:07 has now changed retrospectively to 11:00 yesterday morning.
So their tracking systems certainly aren’t current!
Now cancelled my 14 Pro 128 Silver for collection at Apple Brent Cross today as I just checked they have 14 Pro 256 Silver in stock at Apple White City so collecting this afternoon! 😀

My Curry's order came through and my new iPhone 14 Pro is at my local DPD depot ready to be delivered today at my place of work so I have to wait until I get home tonight before I can set it up.
Then my next step is next Tuesday DPD collect my 13Pro and deliver it to Rebuy who are offering me £692, so hopefully that all comes true.
Enjoy your new iPhones everyone, and this thread has been an absolute blast yet again so thanks everyone for the entertainment and a huge thanks to @Jinjin for creating the most excellent thread ever to have existed on the internet.

6. Annoy partner as I won’t be putting down my iPhone for the next few days

Yep I missed out due to the phone number debacle so I went on the app at 6.20. It was that easy. I ordered the same model as you from the store in Bath and pick it up tomorrow at 10 am.

Glad to hear that those who got messed around with their preorders are able to grab an iPhone for local pickup.
So as I mentioned in an earlier post I had preordered the pro for delivery today. However I have since changed my mind and want the pro max, so I managed to secure a store collection for later today. However I bought my pro using gift cards so will have to refund not only the pro but the max immediately as well and rebuy the same unit with the gift card refund.
I really hope that works lol there was no other way. For some reason the iUP reservations option wasn’t working for me.

Surely there is 1.5 Put on clean gloves and then 7. Get frustrated there is a dust bubble under screen protector and not understand why!
