Yeah have reserved one, but need to get regent street anyway to pick my other phone up and was hoping they’d have some available for walk-ins. Seems as if from 6am regent street was only available for tomorrow.

Speaking of putting a screen protector on straight away - the installation videos all advise to use the wet wipe and dry wipe before installation. Does it really needed when the phone is still box fresh?
Last year I used those but I wasn’t convinced it was really needed. This year I’m thinking about skipping that step.
What do you think?

Yep, you could get dust landing on your phone out the box, give it a wipe and slap that bad boy on!

Missed out on ordering on the pre order Friday due to the issues with the app. Went on the app at 6am this morning and managed to get a Space Black 256gb Pro for pickup from Trafford tomorrow lunchtime. Seems there’s quite a bit of Pro availability for pickup tomorrow across the country, not so many Pro Max models available.

I was going to check John Lewis later this morning but the Apple Store near my work place has the one I want (14 Pro 256 White). Collecting that this afternoon!

It seems Apple is not showing instore pick for anything for today, so only way to tell is phgysically walking in I think.... If able I would pre order something for tomorrow if you can see stock and cancel if successful today.

They’ll have loads of stock today. The reason why walk in appointments may appear more limited for today is because they free up space for those who are collecting on the iUP, as the processing and collection of their trade in device takes some time.

For anyone still hanging on to Amazon, I spoke to someone on the phone who looked into their fulfillment situation and he identified that they had deliveries scheduled to their warehouses, but confirmed they were looking at October to start being able to fulfill orders.

Correct, but it’s likely you won’t see daily stock refreshes everywhere.. can imagine once this first load of stock goes, it might be a few days before more appear

Stock available will show @0600hrs daily. I doesnt mean they will have stock but you will see what they do have at tat time. If you look post closing through to 0600hrs, its likely to show nil stock (just how their system works).

There is stock now around me as posted earlier depending what you want for tomorrow collection.
