Mine coming today via DPD and picking partners up tomorrow. Not attempting an earlier pickup no. Today going to be mad as it is so got an early morning slot and will take her shopping for the phone and a spot of lunch.

So I’ve arrived. The guy has said definitely no walk ins and the reason you can’t get anything for collection today is because all slots are all fully booked whether they have the stock or not. However they do have the watch band I’m after!!!

Impossible. Evri have that crown and it's welded to their head. DHL seem to be sucking though today 😭

Usually for me it can take up to 11am for DHL to update and send a text with time slot. Hopefully it’s not the case for you.

It's a shame how soulless Apple Stores seem to be these days.

When I worked at one about 10 years ago the launch days were so fun, we'd be high fiving the people in the queue and giving them donuts and pastries. We'd never turn anyone away - you might have to wait, but if we could get you a phone we would.

All very 'Computer says no' nowadays, it's a shame.
