I can see a DPD van going around my street/area. Glad to see some Apple fans around here!

(I assume its Apple stock as DPD is rarely around here)

This doesn't sound like a particularly satisfying reason after going through the process. I hope there was a little more to it than that, ideally something constructive!

At least if you're not knowledgeable enough you can work on that, but if you're too knowledgeable what are you meant to do? Go and work at a competitor and share the knowledge there? :D
I can't remember the exact sentence and wish i kept the e-mail but it was along the lines of you clearly knew too much and come across a bit patronising when dealing with customers, along those lines.

Basically if anyone I know or at work has a Tech problem they come to ask my help first (About the only time people do talk to me :D), even last night when i was walking out of my parents house one of thier neighbours came over to ask me a question about their broadband 😂 I should really change my career to IT as i'm probably better at it that my actual job

Thanks to the massive generosity of people on the thread, @Sal09 @jdor12321 @Hatton920 I have managed to apply 20% discount codes to each of the lines on my account my account that I have upgraded, saving me approx. £50 a month in total.

Thank you all, I am eternally grateful.
Not a problem at all. I’m glad I could help.

It’s a shame having the codes go to waste so happy to share them out while I have them :)

A & F style recruitment criteria!

Mines finally with my local Yodel delivery dude, though I don’t expect it to arrive till later on this evening.

Okay I’ve opened it because my wife really really wanted to see the purple. @Jinjin its really nice, I don’t want to overhype it but it’s a beautiful purple and shade. More purple in real life. Almost a royal purple, in honour of her majesty.
I'm sure she would be most touched by the tribute ;)

Morning all 👋🏻

Followed the thread over the last week and plenty of previous threads but haven’t posted this year until today.

Just thought I’d share my experience, had a scout at other options online such as doing the IUP and then getting a sim only deal from somewhere but nobody really beat O2 for price and bolt ons, who I’m currently with so decided to stick with them on a Switch Up plan which I assume is the new name for O2 Refresh. Only downside is their roaming signal can be dreadful at times.

Managed to preorder at 13:03, went for the 14 Pro Max 256gb in Space Black after having a 12 Pro 128gb in Pacific blue for the last couple of years (don’t know why they discontinued that colour, but Deep Purple seems like a great alternative)

O2 were faultless as they have been on the last few orders I’ve had with them X, Xs and 12 Pro. Delivered with DPD just after 1000, to neighbour, the only downside, and I say it with tongue in cheek, is I’m away abroad so won’t be able to unbox it until next Friday but, faultless service from O2 and DPD, nice of them to leave with a neighbour when I explained the circumstances despite them stating they can’t do that due to O2’s delivery instructions.

Away from all that spiel happy launch day everybody, enjoy! 🤙🏻
Congratulations. I think what couriers are good and bad can vary a lot depending on what drivers you are lucky or unlucky enough to have in your area but in my experience DPD is a class act. For me only Royal Mail 24/48 hour comes close on reliability and UPS and DHL are both a total disaster.
