Same sketch again.

Waited for 10 mins and the machine said there was nobody to be found. The freephone number says there is assistance available 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday.

I'm not going to bother with the kiosk again and will just post the phone in. Will take detailed photos and video to cover myself.

That’s annoying I will try it later and see how I get on.

Put my phone in the smartdrop kiosk today and it actually worked, but they adjusted the offer down as I’d missed the 21 day cut off.

Checked my email and the 21 days is up on Monday. So they’ve adjusted it down for no reason.

I’ve accepted the offer as there’s none better than what I was offered for my 12PM, and I’m not going to have time to take it back to the kiosk tomorrow (everything will be closed on monday) and no customer service was available, but I’m going to try and get them to adjust it back.
This has me worried. I locked in £660 for my 13 Pro. I’m heading to the smart kiosk tomorrow. It’s been less than 14 days since processing the order
 
JL Trafford centre has some of the various cases for the 14 in stock at the 20% off. Far from all the colours though

Had you saved your price. I am wondering whether they added the saved time onto the 21 days
 
They say they support iPhone Quick Start, but in reality it doesn’t work most of the time. For me I restored from backup, and then when I got in to the phone it asked me to set up a mobile data plan, took me to the add eSim setting and my number was listed and I transferred it over. The activation took maybe a minute or so, and then it deactivated on my old phone and I was good to go.

Well considering they are owned by JP Morgan, who are the biggest consumer bank in the US, I expected a much better service and they seem slow to add in new features. They won’t support Open Banking until May 2023.
Not defending them but US banks are the worst, so I’d think even Chase UK is better than most US banks 😂

I switched over to chase a few months ago and have been impressed, even yesterday it moved over and was approved instantly. Much better than my RBS stuff that involved me phoning them in the end to get Apple Pay to work.
