I am coming from a 12 pro to the 14 pro so do not know if it was also like this on the 13, but when i start the camera it seems to take a very long time until i get the camera image on screen to be able to take a photo.

Is this the same for others, but when out and about today and wanted to quickly capture something it felt painfully slow.

That’s weird as the camera on my Pro has been virtually instant even when taking ProRaw photos 😕

Don’t think so. Best bet is to check the Apple Store for stock at 6am each day and try and reserve one for pick up if they appear…maybe need to wait till after the BH for new stock to be put up.

I’ve been wondering this. I mean I’m ready to move into the new age but in the unlikely event I need to use a backup phone that doesn’t support it I’m stuffed!

Loving it so far, I need to get out and try out the camera! Love island is super smooth, one issue which I've noticed a few times is when wanting to make a call and not knowing if I'm on wifi or 4g/5g due to having music playing and other alerts at the top of the screen.

To all those who sent their best wishes to me and my EE eSim on our travels to Florida - it worked!! Not as soon as I got off the plane but not long after I got a text confirming the activation of my sim! Haven’t tried data yet as I have a free T-Mobile sim for the time I’m here (unlimited data) but texts (receiving and sending) work just fine!

With all these ios16 issues on 14 pro what shall i do? So i am on my burner phone running 15.6.1 do i update to ios16 then do icloud backup then do device transfer to new iphone or can i do backup and jump from 15.6.1 to ios16.0.1? Please advise
