Yes it is. I didn’t think that would be a problem. I will take it out and see if it works then.
There is a way of telling it which sim to use but I found it easier to just take it out
I think you will be able to get 1Gbps in some parts of uk too, I got this earlier today.
Seems legally questionable to me as a thing. If they’ve made a decision there and then given photographic evidence of the device in their own machine (and therefore make payment on that basis) that would to me be them ‘receiving’ the phone. I’ll be interested to see what they say (I’ve not got through yet).

No, this is the midnight case. It does look very blue compared to the previous black case - to the point I even found myself asking if they had the black one in stock... only to be told that was the black one.
Most people have left us until next year now. It’s funny how this has become a yearly tradition. I think the forum brings an added level of hype to getting the new phones, seeing what everyone else is doing and sharing everyone’s updates.
Thank you for the advice. It was that all along. I really appreciate it. That actually worked. It would have been nice if the people at the EE shop earlier could have taken the time to help me trouble shoot.
I was going to attempt to use the EE app to download the eSIM on to my new phone but I think I will probably go to the EE store tomorrow and get a new SIM card instead.
Hopefully we will see everyone back again next year.

Vicariously living through you guys while I endure the next 3 days without my Pro Max. Sad I missed joining in with all the excitement when everyone got their phones yesterday, but EE didn’t come through for me this year, but I’ll be posting alongside the delayed Amazon orders so at least there’s that haha
I do slightly miss the screen of the 13 Pro Max after downgrading to the Pro this year but ergonomics and comfort wise, the Pro is so much better for me. Also the battery on the Pro, which was one of my fears about downgrading, has so far been great despite background indexing, playing music, watching videos etc.
I’m glad I made the switch to the Pro from Pro Max overall…you’ll be compromising either way but for me this is the best option (though it may not be for you!).
