If you go onto your account a yellow button should pop up in the bottom right. You will get a robot at first but just keep clicking about payment issues and they will transfer you to a human.
It is scary leaving your phone in a box in Asda as well 😅

I’ve still got the 13PM here and picked that up yesterday having played with the 14P since Friday and realised I was missing the big screen (deliberately bought a Pro for the smaller screen so it’ll fit in cycling tops better but that plans hasn’t worked out).
I know they’re hard to get at the moment but I can’t be bothered to try to get a 14PM. It’s so much more money for little improvement; so far the “dynamic island” isn’t a particular reason for me to spend the money.
I think this will be the first year since the 3GS that I’ve not had the latest and greatest iPhone but I’m struggling to see the benefits of the 14.
It would have been really good if we got the money it was simple enough.
I keep checking the Apple Store at 6am every day but so far no stock available for both the P and PM. I am leaning towards the PM but like the poster above my only concern is cycling, as I cycle a lot and need the phone to fit comfortably in my cycling jersey. Maybe I am exaggerating a non issue though.
Question - When you folks have put your iPhones into the MM Kiosk, how did you get your iPhone to display the IMEI? I have reset mine back to the original setup screen (where you select your language / country etc). Did you guys setup the phone without an account I.e. Setup back to the home screen and set your auto lock to never? Hope that makes sense. Cheers
Get the PM! You can get a PM in a cycling top (I have done for years) but you know it’s there. The P is nicer in a cycling top but the big screen on the PM outweighs the cycle top benefits - I’m speaking from experience!
On the “hello” screen there’s a little i at the bottom corner which displays the IMEI. You leave it on that screen as you put it in the kiosk.
Thanks for confirming mate. P.S - I just off the phone to them to check if my local Kiosk was back online and they confirmed that the accounts team is aware of the problem and it should be sorted / people paid today.
It only needs to be on for a couple of seconds after you put it in the machine as it will read the IMEI first. The rest of the checks don’t require the screen to be on.
They are probably doing a whip round to get the cash to pay us all.
At long last, phone has been delivered…to the parents house 
…Guess who forgot to update their address when they moved out? So gonna have to wait till after 5 when I finish to go pick it up from there.
