With hindsight I have to concede that you are right. However, I wasn't to know that my son would throw his 12 Pro Max out of his push chair smashing the screen as we took a stroll in the park, nor a few weeks later did I expect him to he hurl it from his high chair onto the tiled kitchen floor shattering the back.Thank God I had the sense to take out AppleCare+

Seriously though, you've wrongly assumed that my son is a child. He's 25 years old! 😂😂😂

I ordered 1 hr after preorder started on 9th sep. my order is still processing. 14 pro space black. Anyone else?

I agree. I think a lot of us are a bit 'battery obsessed' at the moment. It will pass.

I haven’t experienced it but I wouldn’t return/ replace the phone as they said they know what is causing it and will fix in an update

Yup, mine's showing as 3rd-10th Oct.

They don't take payment until they dispatch the phone from what I understand. I figure stock's not going to be better anywhere else so just gonna wait on mine to arrive.

...so now that almost everyone has received their phones, has it been worth the extra £££ you have spent ('extra', in the sense of the of extra amount of money you are spending over the iPhone 13 range of phones, to now own the 14) ?

Or have you actually realized that you merely got caught up in the hype and that the 14 really isn't that much different to the 13 and you now have 'buyers remorse'...!!!!!!!!!!

Definitely the former. Love the 14 Pro Max. Worth every penny.
