What model are you getting?

B@ll@x, upgraded to 16.1b2 and same as last week where the restore just won't let me download any apps at all, log in and out of iCloud and just not having it.

Gonna have to take back to 16.0.1 and restore it. 16.1 has restore issues I think, not sure if anyone else in here is on 16.1 either beta 1 or 2 and having the same issue. It doesn't even download stock apps.

Saw a bunch of posts on here for people with a 26th - 3rd date get their slots moved forward… did any of you order a Pro Max or just the Pro?

I’m still stuck in processing limbo for my 128GB SB PM :(

It's part of the fun!!! Lol,

It's a bit of a concern really that in beta 2 there is the same issue as in beta 1 for me. At some point they will release this and stop signing 16.0/16.0.1. I have just performed and Reset Settings and still the same, all Apple apps missing, go to App Store attempt to install by clicking the cloud download and it attempts and fails.

Although could do without the fun this time of night!

Still no stock at the Apple Store in Edinburgh . Been checking everyday.

I guess I’ll be waiting til near the end of October

To be fair to EE my iPhone 14 Pro still didn't get 5G and still doesn't show the 5G or WiFi Calling menus with the physical SIM card in it. When I put the new SIM card back in my iPhone 12 it goes straight to 5G and has the correct 5G and WiFi Calling menus.

So it does seem like it may be a problem with my new iPhone 14 Pro and wasn't the eSIM...

Yes I did the same so I could go back to using a physical SIM in my 14 Pro Max. This was after I did a device to device transfer from my 13 Pro Max which was already using an eSIM. My 14 Pro Max had both 5G and Wi-Fi Calling straight away.

How often you checking? I have been looking all day and finally got the one I want at about 1.45pm and reserved it for collection this afternoon.

I swear MM just don’t want phones from me. Last year they timed out my 21 days 3 days early when using a ‘smart’ kiosk, re offering me a much lower value which I declined. Then today I went to my closest kiosk (Asda Birchwood) only for the machine to crash at the point it wanted me to put my phone in. That section of the machine was dark and the door wouldn’t open. Then it just displayed a message along the lines of ‘wait a few second we’re getting things ready’…. 15 mins later I gave up.
So another 25 min drive to Asda Warrington (getting there at about 4pm) to see the machine there had clocked off early for the day!?

Finally got home an hour and 45 mins after setting out, with nothing to show for it! Busy tomorrow, so will try again on Friday.

Ha I know Birchwood well, although I work from home the company's office I work is round the corner.
The McDonalds there must be the most expensive in the North apart from service stations!!!

I much prefer screen protectors with black borders. Look much nicer IMO. I don't normally used screen protectors, but with this phone being crazy expensive, I went with the ESR Amorite ones and they went on perfectly. Normally I have no luck with putting them on and usually waste them all 😂

Those who’ve returned things…. IF I was to swap to a pro max… could they refund the money to a gift card rather than to my credit card? Otherwise I wouldn’t be able to do the swap as I’d have to wait for the refund to get credited

I think it’s a bit too big in my car, I don’t think it’ll even fit in the wireless try as my pro barely fits at the moment.
 
With the issues people seem to be having with the MM Smart Kiosks, I'm glad I sold my 12 Pro privately even if it was a bit more of a faff.

Yes they will do that or what they did with me today was so it all in one transaction. The guy in store said it sometimes allows the refund and payment in the one transaction and sometimes doesn’t. In this case it did
 
Ok so I managed to reserve a gold 14 pro via the IUP.

Do I have to complete the purchase with the IUP? Can I just pay all upfront or go through the regular Barclays 24 month plan?
