Caved and ordered an Ultra from Apple. 28th Oct - 4th Nov. Hopefully get bumped up but not in an urgent rush for it.
Morning all, have this bad habit of once I receive the iPhone on launch day I disappear 😂 just an update for all: iPhone 14 pro love the new features, camera, etc. but couldn’t get used to the size!! Realised quickly how much I missed the Pro Max!! Managed to get lucky yesterday and ordered a 14 Pro Max available for same day pick up - I had seen them regularly but by the time you got it in the basket and checkout it would say it’s unavailable for collection! A tip to all - don’t try buy it, just reserve it for the iPhone upgrade program - that way you don’t need to enter any info/process payment/loan - it’ll reserve it instantly and you can buy it outright when you get to the Apple Store.
Fast forward to now, set it up last night, absolutely in love. And to add, when I saw the Deep Purple in store, I just loved it!! So switched from space black 14 pro to a deep purple 14 pro max. Also rocking with it the ink leather case and ink leather wallet! Protected of course with the Belkin Ultraglass from Apple.
Just this morning, reserved for same day collection Apple Watch Ultra! So glad I found this on launch day as well!! Excited!!
AirPods Pro shipped yesterday via dpd but not in today so scheduled them to be picked up from the local post office hopefully can grab them tomorrow morning!!

I guess there is no alternative to Outlook then. I use native Mail app for my personal iCloud and Gmail email.
But for work emails its Outlook and I don’t like it lol.
Had few hours setting up my 14 Pro yesterday and its been fun. Also got my esim sorted via app.
To members who been complaining about battery and iOS 16. My battery is steady.

I saw the Black in store the other day and apart from how nice the bezels look I’m not impressed with the glass colour. The Deep Purple is so much nicer imho.

Looks like the Trail band is out pretty much everywhere. Will have. A look on JL at 8:00am and if they have one I’ll cancel the Apple order
Might as well grab the watch then hunt down the trail loop later, plus means you can do 2 of the 3 extreme activities with 2 loops instead of just one
This is true. The only really black part is the bezel and camera cut out - it’s still nice, but Deep Purple wins imo as well!!

These are my AirPods substitute until they arrive. It’s so annoying. Who uses cables these days!!!
To be fair the xs size could bring a whole world of new customers to them. However, third party tips have been available for years and I’m sure people with smaller inner ears could have found something if they really wanted to!!
Just back to CEX I still can’t believe they want the tips you’ve been wearing!!!
To be honest I wouldn’t even trust the ones that have never been touched that are in the box.
When I trade mine in I’ll probably replace my worn ones with the same sized ones that come in my pro 2 box. Wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end of someone else’s earbud tips.
