Have you figured out what that clip bit is for?

Stay connected to immersive sound with the Incase Lanyard for AirPods Pro (2nd generation). Wear the soft braided cord as a wrist loop, or use the integrated clip to attach the lanyard to a backpack or handbag to keep your case safe and easily accessible.

I’ve just been to CEX to see how much I could get for my AirPods Pro and they rejected them. They said they would be C grade due to some scratches on the case but due to hygiene reasons I’d have to deep clean them first. That’s not something I thought to do before I went there as I presumed that’s what they would do before putting them out for sale. I was both annoyed and disappointed to say the least. I’m not sure if I can be bothered now.
As far as I can tell from buying plenty of items from CEX over the years they don't clean anything they buy. Seen some utterly disgusting items on display in their stores.

The case is not charging up to 100% so as I bought them from John Lewis and they’re only about 10 months old I might try my luck and see what they say. If I’m lucky they’ll swap them out for replacements. Then I can trade those in.

So CEX we’re a no go for me. Offering me just a B grade for my AirPods Pro which are in immaculate condition so private sell for those too now haha

Snap! Apparently they found a tiny scratch on the case that’s not visible to the naked eye but sadly that means it’s a B grade but they wanted the box presumably so they can sell it as A grade. I’m selling mine privately now.

The batteries maybe considered consumables and not covered under warranty but it's definitely worth a try.

Have been lurking but took the plunge. Had the pre-order drama with the 14 PM DP 512. Still processing and is in the 26/09-03/10 batch. Also I caved and ordered my first AirPods Pro. Been hearing rave reviews about it and I won’t mind waiting till 10/10-12/10. Any tips I should know about the AirPods at all let me know 🥰

Forgot to warn anyone who did purchase through JL… they DO NOT allow returns of AirPods or any in earphones at all. Made a very big mistake with them before

Mine literally said the same thing. I don’t remember or see any scratch at all. I bet it’s all protocol that they have to say that to not pay out A grade. Also the A grade apparently was £104 even though the website said £109? All very questionable

Same. But they told me the scratch was where the bands connect to the watch. So inside that slot which isn’t visible when wearing. If I’d seen it before taking in I’d have used a Sharpie to cover it over and been given the A Grade.

Last year one of the cases I purchased for my 13 PM was the Apple clear case.

I was just wondering is version for the 14 PM still as slippy as last years version and are the buttons easier to press?

If they’re only 12 months from new, apples 1 year warranty should cover it

So what we all using for charging our many devices??

Was eying up the belkin 3 in 1 but it’s £120 and I’m not sure what the effect of constant wireless charging would be

I’ve been using the Belkin since launch and no issues. My 13p battery was about 94 or so present I think a year later.
