The trail loops have been like gold dust. They even used this loop in most of their promo demo and seems like the easiest loop out of them all to manufacturer tbh!

Never understood why people do this and destroy something just to get views?
I’m hoping they will just swap out the Alpine Loop for the medium size. It wouldn’t have been my first choice, the trail loop would have been. I do want it to fit properly though. I don’t really want to swap out my watch as well as I’ve already set it up and it was a faff getting my credit card and mobile plan added. If they won’t swap just the band I’ll probably just sell it and maybe buy the medium size.
I pre-ordered from Amazon UK.
They had a hold on from order date which became a charge after the dispatch email.

NB. Amazon were shocking, I didn’t cancel as I had a significant gift card balance to use! Initially I ordered thinking I will receive on release day but only got it yesterday!
Do they get enough from the clicks to cover the cost of both the watch they destroy and a replacement?
It sure what the source site is but it’s the old ‘no such thing as bad publicity’!

I’ve just been down memory lane, watching the original Apple Watch announcement - “One more thing…”.
I remember being blown away at the time, but I was also a die hard Pebble smartwatch fan (still have the original Kickstarter edition in a box!), so I tried very hard to convince myself it would be a flop!
I didn’t join the Apple Watch owners club until Series 3, which is still going strong to this day and I love this little guy.
With it now finally being discontinued, perhaps next year will be the year I finally replace it. It just won’t die!
