So I set up my Ultra this afternoon. For the most part it went well and was quick. I did have a problem adding my credit card to Apple Pay and I had to call the bank to help me. It did get sorted in a matter of a few minutes.

I had more issues getting my EE mobile plan transferred over. I was on hold for about 40 minutes before getting through to 1st line support and after about ten minutes and getting me to remove my plan from my series 5 she transferred me to second line support who managed to get it sorted right away.

The only other issue is that I got the small Alpine loop rather than the medium and while it works I actually need the medium. I don’t know if Apple will be willing to just swap the band out. Worse comes to worse I’ll have to sell it. I do have a trail loop on order but that’s coming in November. In the mean time I’m using my Nike sport loop from my series 5.
