I’d just get searching for new reserve for pickup - iUP or other - and return device as customer changed mind otherwise you will be messing around with Genius etc.

Yeah this Apple chat is like going round and round. Been speaking to them for nearly 3 hours with no clear direction

Wow no way. Will they not send new one and let you send back? Start looking on iUP and just do it the exchange way.

As you are getting same model probably go to store a bit earlier and get them to refund you to gift card the. Go in for check in time. This will distract from taking in same model and getting same model back and avoid questions

Week 4 of waiting has arrived. Due date is next week.

Still one more week to go (which happens to be while I'm away so technically another 2 weeks)

Praying for an early delivery!

wow they always normally have, I saw some today I think.

You need to mentor iUP all the time, Metrocentre and Eldon Square come up all the time. I went Metrocentre 2 weeks ago for mine!

I've downloaded the app on my macbook, set it all up for model and store etc but how do I get it to ping up on my phone?
 
I don’t have a private laptop where I can run scripts to check stock, has anyone seen 14PM 256GB stock coming to Apple B’ham?

What sleep tracking app do you use? I'm using just the one built into the stock health app.

Bham had quite a bit of stock over the weekend.
Do you know the scripts that need running to check stock
 
Well, is that right that stock shown on reserve online pick up in store is different from what shown with iUP??? UI is exactly the same (different to buy online pick up in store, fine with that)!!

Yeah I think there are 3 different stock systems, the ones I have used mainly are purchase and collect, and the iUP. They are definitely different stock. You can actually get the same interface for the store stock as iUP, but it appears to only show during the day.


You can use the Mac App I shared above. That just checks store stock.

I don’t have a laptop where I can run that App, my business laptop is blocked by my company IT team.

Just checked on few examples, iUP and reserve and collect show same stock……unless you’re saying during the day the stock shown is different and you get more visible via iUP (despite same interface….)?
