Dilemma.
I was sold on Silver because makes the cameras square island on the back disappear….however, I find the Space black better in terms of colour harmony, I really like the dark stainless steel frame…..although feel less special, more Samsung than Apple.
Thoughts?

Thanks, spotted. They had a 512GB Space black, gone in few minutes….I am after a 256GB Silver.
Don’t even know what to do with 256GB, apart from filling it in with 48MP raw picts or 4K vid. I am not a heavy camera user.

I am keeping hold of my 13PM for another year, but I went with the 512GB when I purchased it. What a mug I am. Only used about 60GB and have 455GB available - that's after a years use. I reckon that will last me another 5 years at least!! lol

I thought the same about the purple at first but after having it for a bit I realised I’ll always be a fan of the lighter colours because dust. Dust is an annoying probably for me I just see it all on darker iPhones so much! Gone for gold this year as last 2 years I’ve had silver. I love it

Re Space black, I like as well the fact that black frame edges blend with the screen, whereas Silver has visible frame edges when staring at the screen.
Finally, I am concerned plain stainless steel frame on Silver will be more prone to scratches than black ones. Not sure, may be wrong.
Always used my phones naked, I keep it on a protective sleeve/socket when not used.

Oh nice! I used to use Sena leather pockets when I owed the iPhone 4 etc 😂 I’m glad I changed my colour I actually like seeing the stainless steel band so silver or gold are the prettiest imo I get how people get attracted to the slickness of purple or the black though but deffo for me the dust was too much of an annoyance

This isn’t entirely true. You can record 60fps 4k footage on the 128gb. You just can’t record in pro res.

I pay for family storage so £6.99 a month for 2TB. On my 256GB I have only used 53GB. I plan to stay with 256GB though just so I know i never need to worry but i would never need 512GB or more that's for sure.
yeah so ideal certainly at night when the misses and bay are sleeping I can put the air pods or air pods max in without noise issues.
First proper run out of the new AirPods on the commute this morning and wow they’re noticeably better with noise cancellation. Could be sat in a quiet room at home it’s so silent!
Then you hear the announcements come through perfectly! It’s crazy how they’ve packed into the little little buds.
Also, not feeling that slightly odd ‘ear pressure’ sensation with these new ones.
The max battery will also get a proper run out today with a lot more streaming and use of 5g. Been getting c50% remaining this past week at the end of the day at home.

I’m looking at nearly 200GB of music in ALAC, so I changed my order from a 256 to a 512. I miss not being able to stick an SD card in for more storage.

I’ve just got an image of driving my car into the garage and a huge round MagSafe pops up from the ground and makes that satisfying click to the bottom of the car.
Roll on the days when all these electrical devices (cars included) charge without a physical connection at all. Truly wirelessly in other words.
