Very disappointed in the pricing, I knew it was coming of course, but a base iPad at £499!?!? iPad Air gone to £669, a £100 increase.
Has the iPad Air got an upgrade or just an upgraded price?
I noticed before the new iPads went live it has New under iPad Air, that has now gone.
Just an upgraded price. I would have strongly considered the base iPad as I've been really evaluating how I used my Air 2 and it doesn't warrant a big expense. iPad Pro is over, overkill for me. The standard iPad would have been a win for me if it was around £399/£450 max. This is an increase of £180 over last generation (or £130 as the 9th generation is still around for an increase price of £369)...
This is really interesting that both Sky and Virgin have announced streaming pucks on the same day and they're both called 'Stream'...
Ok … I ordered the new iPad Pro but, on reflection, I have had my eye on the iPad Air since it was released (June?) so was checking it out.
It’s surely a mistake but John Lewis have the Cellular version with 256GB for £869 .. Apple are selling it for £1029 !! .. putting my order in now .. will let you know if it works!
EDIT: Yup, order gone through fine .. I’m still wondering if I’m missing something! Worst case scenario I can send it back!

Nope. What you are missing is Apple just put the prices up when the store came back online.
Yes, I saw the uproar on the ipad forum .. £160 though! .. that’s a huge amount to up them by, naughty people!
