Locked in at £750 today, going to take it to my local Asda.

I was looking at Very, problem is my credit limit is £1000 so it will reject orders over that amount even if I have £1000 available

I’ve locked in my 14 pro max 128gb at £791 with UR.

Never heard of them but trustpilot reviews are mostly positive.

Anyone had any experience with them?

As a back up I have £755 locked in at MM.

Not with trading in but I bought a refurbed XR from Amazon last year at it was supplied by UR. It was immaculate when arrived.

The “insurance” whether what Royal Mail covered previously or would with the paid for special delivery now would only cover, as you say, in transit. There might be a case to be made if it’s damaged in transit but not an easy one to provide id imagine.

Also, in the case where MM open the box and find a scratch or damage which wasn’t there when you sent it.. not sure you’d be able to easily claim it was transit damage and MM wouldn’t take an responsibility.

But in most cases these are probably edge case issues and personally had no issues using MM for a number of years.


Take loads of photos before sending and packing it it up and wrap it up well!

Have used MM several times myself - was just curious as to how it worked w/the changes.

Always try to wrap it and pack it well and take plenty of pictures as evidence.

Ok fellas help me solve this mystery.

My better half cracked screen of her IP 14 Pro at Legoland. Just my luck something hit the device between the bazel, silicone case and screen protector. I had the device repaired via insurance by Apple authorised centre and i can see in the repair history the screen is showing as Genuine Apple Repair part and all true tone etc works fine.

The mystery is whilst the device is being restored it giving me option to add Apple Care + 😂 but how and why.

My 14 mac silicon case has peeled quite a bit in one corner of the case. Spoke to Apple support and they’re swapping it out for a new one after sending them a pic. Happy days

Should then have a mint case to see to cex next month

Yes, lock it in by saving the quote and re-add to basket within 14 days if using music magpie. You can then resave at the same price. We’re just waiting on codes that will earn us a little extra
