Their fees are fee/commission are ridiculous.
When i tried to place a sell order they were charging % of the final sale price.
Dont know if above is always the case.
Not from what I can see. No mention of fees anywhere, the confirmation email states the phone I’m trading and the balance (£780) I will receive via my chosen payment method.
not for a sell but when I bought my amazon refurbished XR last year, it was from UR and the phone was immaculate.

I think a lot of people have fallen out of love with eBay, the influx and the lack of assurance of how much you will get then the pressure of getting it sent and timing it all correctly is more of a hassle.

have sold phones in the past with eBay but post fees etc there wasn't much difference in the prices I could get.. yes they run promotions etc so can work out if you have a safe buyer.
I have sold my last few Apple Watches on eBay and tend to do that with non-phone items.
MM have been perfect all the years I've used them so I'll continue down that road, but they (along with most companies) can mess it up now and again. do what works for you!
