Hi all
So a quick UR update from me. I sent my iPhone 14 pro max to them by special delivery on Thursday and it arrived on Friday just before 1pm. I’ve had no update from them at all but have just checked my bank account and have been paid £832 from them. I’ve had no email or communication from them at all as yet but I have been paid! So just adding this feedback into the mix. They have paid out with no problem for me but communication has been poor.
What did you do differently to send it special delivery? Don’t they use the tracking number they give to associate it to your order?

I think upon check out there was an option to choose if you wanted to use your own postage method so I chose that and they sent a return label (without postage) by email.

Also, in the end I did receive all three email confirmations at once from them, so there just must have been a delay with their emails

It says this on the original price I locked in, does that mean I can upgrade it to special delivery?

OUR FREE SERVICE ONLY INSURES YOUR DEVICE FOR UPTO £150.
If you require additional insurance cover we recommend using a paid for service provided by Royal Mail or an alternative courier service.

The post office just put the SD label over part of the printed label on mine

Interesting that if you’re posting via RM and want to upgrade to special delivery, it says to ask at the post office at the time. Also states it’s only up to £500 too.

It does make it 24h service rather than 48h

About to feel like a broken record here but there's that many Music Magpie posts im lost

So I locked in my price 7 days ago (saved the offer but not added to basket)

Currently says expires in 7 days if I click into my saved orders

If I now add to my basket and check out, do I get 14 days from that point to get the phone to them? or is it just the remaining 7?

....or 21!? I've seen that many different numbers 😅

I think it's 21 days from when you check out, but do not quote me.

At this point we're all in the gutter. Some of us are looking at their stars but I'm not. I feel like I'm going to pick the wrong colour and regret for the next year, and MusicMagpie will say my device is not worthy of its grade and downgrade my offer to £4.50.

I believe you have 21 days from completing the checkout process to get the phone to them but the time limit includes whatever time it takes for them to evaluate your phone and process your order.

98% only been using MagSafe

Week after launch day 14PM and I'm at 92%. Been using the Belkin Boost Charge Pro and the Anker 633 magnetic power bank to mainly charge wirelessly. Have to say probably the main reason for me considering switching this time is the battery deg. Given the main providers are stipulating it in a good condition phone now I'm worried what it'd be worth if I gave it the full 2 years.

Magsafe is brilliantly convenient, especially with the new desktop mode on iOS 17 to come, but if I see similar deg on a 15PM (if I do go for it) then I might stop using it to try and help with longevity.

Thanks, I think im going to look at getting it posted off tomorrow

I've used them twice before and always been paid quickly and in full so I've no issues.

In a last minute change im also now sending off the mothers iPhone 12 mini 64gb for £220, instead of my 14Pro (which she's having off me once the 15pro is out). So im hoping they're a little less 'picky' with that compared to if they were looking to not pay in full for a 14pro.

Have a slight feeling they won't with the new 'excellent' grading as there's the usual micro-scratches on the screen you can only see when you put the phone under a light. Other than that though the phone is perfect.

So as long as they pay out no less than what the 'good' category is (£178.50) then I'll be happy
