Using an old iPhone 8 Plus now that my 13 pro max has been sent off today, this thing is slow as hell and gets blazingly hot. Not sure I can handle 10 days or so 😂

That's great to hear. I never received confirmation for my quote but a quick call to them seems to have resolved it. They have now emailed me labels plus quote of the previous rate of £830 for 14PM 256gb . I'm now on the fence between UR and MM....

Absolute pricks. Also nowhere in the email does it say I have 21 days. I can't see the website state it either.

EDIT: I see it says 21 days in the email now. Just being scatty. Think I'm having a bit of a menty-b today. On the plus side my nearest Kiosk is now 2 minutes away, nearest was a 30 minute drive before.

If you look at the 'My Selling orders' section on your account and click 'Terms and conditions' under your order. In the 'Selling Tech products' section it says;
" For Tech, the prices offered to you by us are valid for twenty-one (21) days from the date that they are offered to you and you complete a valid transaction on our webservice(s), website(s) and/or mobile application(s) and after that period you understand, accept and agree that should we not process your items at our warehouse within the period (twenty-one (21) days) that the offer price is valid, that we may revalue your items."
