Ordered. Web browser isn't loading, phone wasn't loading, ended up doing it on the iPad store app and just configured the one I wanted (waste of time pre-configuring it!).

I had the same problem last year and missed launch day delivery 🙁. Hope it works out for you.

Absolute mess. App is working on my phone but website still down even now. But app won’t let me get past the trade in option, as if I choose it, it says it’s unavailable and if I skip trade-in, it says there’s an error processing my request.

And now the entire store says it’s down for me.

I’ve given up. I’ll come back later and just get delivery for whenever they’ve slipped to at that point. Oh well.

Absolute nightmare this year. Finally got on the site (on my Mac) at 1:10 and my saved order wasn't there. Had to order on credit card. Then the saved order turned up. Absolute shambles!

I had Chrome and Safari open, as well as the app on my iPhone and iPad Mine. Managed to get the store to load on Chrome at around 13:04 to confirm my preorder for launch day delivery to the post office across from the office.

This has been a very weird process.
My pre pre order didn’t work and had to go through all the tick boxes again…
However - I managed to get one for delivery next Friday.

Anyone else had issues with their pre pre order?

Same for me, had to rush through the store again.

Got the confirmation order via email but it won’t load anything in the App about Orders.

Now we wait for the banks to reject the purchase. Their algorithms often detect fraud when an authorisation is requested, then a couple of days later a large payment authorisation attempt is made. Capital One are terrible for this, so I've changed to a Bank of Scotland credit card, hoping the payment will be successful.

Apple are pretty good at protecting the order and letting you contact your bank and trying again. It's a stressful time though!

Done - 256GB black 15 Pro Max. It wasn't painless though.

My pre-order timed out due to inactivity - 1 second or so of inactivity between selecting the pickup-date and selecting the time slot for the pick-up. That then deleted everything so I had to go and select what I wanted all over again - so much for setting up the pre-order ahead of time. Anyway, it's done now and my perfect record of getting a phone on launch day ever since my first iPhone 4 remains unbroken.

Ordered 15 Pro Max, 256GB, Natural Titanium, 27th September -2nd October. Dates slipped from the 22nd VERY quickly this year.

Same! The store took ages to load on the iPhone app and then I was trying to use 3 giftcards and then the session timed out.

I logged back in on my mac and ended up with the 27th-2nd Oct date for the Natural Titanium 256

Seems like the other colours or larger storage sizes are still available.

Probably the slowest pre-order experience I've had in a few years
