Having a nightmare here, store eventually loaded at 1.10, logged in, wouldn’t let me proceed with he pre-order, kept getting an error.

Eventually let me continue order, hit complete and it timed out - now I can’t find the pre-order anywhere on my account.

Website not loading. iPhone app not loading. iPad app loading, but no Trade-In despite it being offered, and then when I go to pay with no trade-in I just get an error. Come back later.

Finally got in via website at 1319 hrs .. what a mess, apple store app on iphone and ipad kept crashing. Ordered black titanium 15 pro 512. This was the worst pre-order experience. Never been so bad.

App did not come up for me, but got on the website at 1:01 order confirmation at 1:02 collecting from the Apple store!!

I got the message that my session had expired, but after a couple of mins an email came with the confirmation.

I will be collecting mine from the Apple Store in Leeds on Friday evening.

Same here, just waiting to see if it’s listed under Orders just to be sure.
