I'd be concerned about the protector lifting with the swipe motion from the bottom of the X that will happen every time you use the phone...Here you go

haha @ the buyer!!!!
Stuck with a brand new iPhone X, that is locked too EE, almost IMPOSSIBLE to unlock anytime soon, for a price that is more than RRP.
Officially EE own the handset for the first 6 months and do not allow the phone to be sold on during that time.
If the phone is detected running a different sim EE put a lock on the phone and from what I have read it then cannot be undone.
That is a lot of money to lose for the buyer if EE enforce this.
I know this is in the T&C's but I recently used a handset that belonged to the other number on my account and they didnt do anything. Yes it is the same account name, but I guess we will never know.
There was a guy earlier saying he will sell his iPhone 8 to o2 - what happens then?
There were some ebay sales last Friday which would have been a pretty decent profit for the seller. As typically happens, I think a few other people have seen these and news stories about them and decided to jump on the bandwagon.
I wonder how many of them will now try to back out of the sale. I assume you don't get the ebay fees back if you do that?
I was bidding on these for the fun of it, won 3 different auction, the seller lost money each time and each time i would get a response after saying that they're supplier cannot fulfill the order anymore or a variation of this. It’s good to see this happening in my opinion the more scalpers who make a loss the less likely they are to continue doing it,

I think eBay have enforced a rule that if there is at least one bid then you cannot cancel the auction.
If you buy it for in-store pickup and it is listed as available today, you will be charged for it straight away and it will be held for at least a couple of weeks before being cancelled and refunded. So, I went to order the Belki screen protector to local store (so they can apply it) and it said expected delivery on Thursday. Placed the order and it states: Pickup: Ships to store. Available today
Any idea how long stores hold on to items before releasing them back into stock?
Thanks
Good opportunity to leave some negative feedback!I was bidding on these for the fun of it, won 3 different auction, the seller lost money each time and each time i would get a response after saying that they're supplier cannot fulfill the order anymore or a variation of this.
For the record, and I dont know how widely enforced it is or what it takes for EE to actually trigger this, but I do know someone which this exact thing happened, however it was within a family.
New phone on contract given to him by another family member, it got locked dead, family member had something happen to his account, though I don't know what - it wasn't good though.
TLR don't do it, they do enforce this relatively new rule it seems
you're right sorry, I was getting my dates wrong. But they enforce it, that's the key point hereI seem to remember this has been around since 2015 or so.

Well I've been screwed over both ways by eBay so who knows. You'd hope the seller would lose out more but I dont knowSo who'd lose out more the buyer or seller in this case? I always get the ebay rules mixed up for who they side on.
Happened to me yesterday too at work on Chrome. Fine on the app, fine on mobile Safari, fine at home. Odd glitch but had me worried too!Hmmm so my pickup time and date which has been next to my order status has disappeared from the orders page. Just says "order in progress" and no date or time for pickup.
Apple Store app still has the time and date of pickup hmmmm
not quite in that sense.. there will be the usual phone reservation option to go through where stock gets updated when available... that usually starts at 6am each morning and will again open from the 4th.Sure this has been asked already. But in previous years if an individual fails to pickup their iPhone on their given slot - there use to be an inventory screen we the public could access saying an iPhone was then available to buy in store. Does such a thing still exist? I think this was like iPhone 6 era I last used this...

This is absolutely not true. I have friends who have iUP slots for later in November, and even December.

Spigen case arrived, can’t believe how much smaller it feels in the hand and pocket compared to the plus!View attachment 729615View attachment 729617
