Did anyone else have issues with Three?

Despite getting a text, email confirmation and updated My3 section on the website, my order last Friday apparently never placed. So here I am, waiting on an iPhone that’s not coming. Pathetic.
Cancel that now not joking customer service with 3 is a nightmare from hell.
Took me 1 hour and 4 phone calls to sort out a missing contract sim card last year.

Just gone and picked mine up. It’s basically the most beautiful phone I’ve ever seen.

Mine came this morning. Gold is a thing of beauty.

Great work by EE and DPD. Only ordered Wednesday night, after cancelling my Apple order.

I must be lucky to live in an area where Three speeds aren't half bad. I Regularly get 50+ download in my local town.

I usually achieve 45-50mbps in and around the Edinburgh and Glasgow areas. It’s very slow today at only 4mbps but that’s certainly is not typical, maybe they are having tech issues today.

All I know is from what the Apple Store app says that pickups aren’t available today at the Braehead store. Maybe just walk in and see if you can get one?

the app won't show stock until tomorrow from 6am. My local store seemed to have stock of most varieties (not 64gb ones though)
[doublepost=1537528246][/doublepost]ooh I best update my signature for the Max! this place will be a ghost town tomorrow

Picked mine up this morning from Shepherds Bush Westfield. Very seamless process, well done apple.

NOW to the phone itself..WOW. This thing is beautiful. Performance wise it’s insane compared to my 6s. Total overkill but simply amazing. The screen is stunning, and I’m glad I got Xs. The max is just too big for my useage case, and seriously coming from a 6s the screen is plenty big. Perfect.

Goodies collected! All really painless, no issues not doing the IUP upgrade and starting a new one. No issues changing my reserved Xs to a Max. No issues swapping my ordered case to its larger size. This is why I’ll always buy direct!

Time to pay off the old IUP and cancel AppleCare. But firstly I need a coffee and to do some work!!

Will unbox later
Ah, so you kept your existing iUP phone and started a new one?

Popped into my Three store to see if they had any news on my XS Max 256 SG which was due to be picked up today. Very annoyingly they said that it definitely wouldn't be there today, and that it could be anywhere up to 5 Oct before it arrived. Crazy!

So.....I popped down the road to the Apple Store and bought an XS Max 256 SG on my card, and will return it when Three pull their fingers out and my phone arrives :) Plenty of stock in the Apple Store in Bath if anyone is interested in just turning up!

AAAAAGH still no info from DPD! Maybe they ran out of van space in my area and it will have to wait for a later van?

Seems like a misuse of the returns policy. Why not just wait?

PSA - don't freak out when going through set-up to see that the screen has a warm hue - it's the ambient light setting which you can turn off!

These phones are stunning pieces of tech - wow!
