UK iPhone 4S thread.

Doesn't work for me (UPS) - just had a look at a couple of iPhone 4 threads from last year and can't find anyone who managed to track their UPS shipment until it was actually delivered and signed for.

I would like to be able to see tomorrow though if it's out for delivery or not, otherwise rather than wait in all day I might be inclined to go and try to pick one up elsewhere.
 
Mine has been shipped via UPS. No joy with the tracking number as of yet, as others are reporting. Estimated delivery date is tomorrow, so I'm happy. Fingers crossed.

works for me. though when i'm on the tracking page there is nothing there but 'A UPS shipping label has been created'
 
When people are saying theirs is shipping with TNT or UPS, how do you find this out?

or is that like where my order says "Assigned Carrier : SYNCREON PARCEL DELIVERY" ??

Mines allowing me to track via the "track with reference" using my apple store order number.

Although for now, it just says "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."

Have to admit that I love apple products and am totally hooked BUT their tracking and general info available about purchase is pretty bad .. it's always been a nightmare to 'track' stuff!

yes, same message ... also the email took about 30 mins to come in after the 'shipped' notice on apple website.

The thing came on! Delivery on 14th, shipped 13 :)

But if you put the tracking reference in the UPS it says


A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated.


So I'm thinking it's not at the warehouse! Really rather confusing. Oh well, some news is good news :)

You like many others and me whos iphones shipped much earlier, seem to be with Syncreon. There tracking site is awful, half the time it doesn't work. But my iMac was delivered by them perfectly fine.
 
Anyone having theirs shipped by Syncreon? Yeah, never heard of them either :confused:

anyway, it arrived last night in their distribution centre which is like 3 hours from me so maybe it will arrive today?

Apparently it was shipped yesterday, according to their tracking info. Not entirely sure what has happened.
 
Finally got the shipped notification! Delivered by UPS and delivery is for tomorrow! I still cant track it on UPS but I wouldnt worry about that. Tonight the tracking will work! Good luck for the rest who are still waiting.

Same for me as well. There must've been a huge delivery to Hinckley last night at 11pm GMT. I'd say we'll all get status updates in the next 3-4 hours.

Ah yes, that works for me too (same result). You need to 'Track with Reference" and enter your W212121212-type number but don't enter or change anything else - when I tried before I was putting in my postcode etc and it didn't come up with anything.

The results also give you your proper UPS tracking number at the top of the screen, you can use this if you're running a tracking widget or app.

Not working for me :( I just wanna know where my iPhone is.
