Mine Arrived back in yodel's sandwell depot at 5am but still not out for delivery.
Mine went from Sandwell to Lichfield, last night but nothing since, maybe if fell of the back of the lorry
. When did yours update back at Sandwell? 
Just seen that mine won't be delivered until Thursday! Despite ordering the moment the Apple Store was up last Friday (about 8:40am).
It was apparently shipped yesterday but will take a week to arrive! I'm wondering if the fact I ordered a MacBook Air at the same time is the reason (they needed to be ordered together for VAT reasons), although there is only a 3 day despatch on that so that should easily have been ready for delivery by today.
I have placed three orders with the online Apple Store this year and every time they have mucked it up in some way. Not impressed, especially as last night it was saying that today was the day.

Said it arrived back at 5:15am. Checking the O2 forums, people's statuses have changed to out for delivery. My house is only down the road from that Sandwell service centre so hoping they just updating it late. If not, Im going there to collect it.

My phone left tamworth last night at 12:53am, theyve had plenty of time to get to Scotland I wonder if it will arrive today, only time will tell.

Mine's out for delivery at 7:17 this morning... hope it's an early delivery here at work.
On another note, I bought a case from the Apple store on Monday, and after stumbling on this thread about Synchreon/UK Mail I put my order ref into ukmail's site and found it it was delivered yesterday. News to me as I've not got it! So, do I call Apple first or bug ukmail straight away?

UPS and Apple just saying delivery today for me. UPS tracking seems WAY behind.
It updated at around 11 last night to say:

About 6 hours after the event. Presume it's already out for delivery. Fingers crossed it comes early!

That's quite early isn't it? My town is ridiculously small so I don't know why it would leave at 5:30 when it can't be delivered before 9? Maybe it's on the vehicle, ready to go out today at 9
