No, i bought mine from Apple unlocked.

I was just finding the Orange CS number to ring to get my details and contract and stuff transfered to my micro sim :)

I agree apart from the fact that they would not have a question anyone, they would just have to stop the people that the carrier bag guy gave the money to, easy and manageable
 
Just got mine, swapped my SIM over and set up, a bit surprised to see it said I had a text message. It was from UPS saying my package had been delivered :cool:
 
anyone had theirs delivered in Birmingham?

mine is on vehicle for delivery but not delivered yet, im in the centre of Birmingham.

No and after phone calls to Apple & UPS the shipment my package is on will not reach NI today as it was sent as a 2 day service. Looks like UPS use disabled tortoises to transport over the ditch.

Not a happy bunny at all :mad:

I don't disagree with what you're saying, but Anti Money-Laundering Regulations don't cut you any slack - you have to actively look for potential AML activity, and if you identify any you have to address it. Yes, you can't question every customer, but once you are aware that scalping on this scale is going on, you're simply not allowed to ignore it.
 
our office door bell just rang and I must have left scorch marks getting there first! Was just a Lakeland delivery for somebody else in the office :mad:

Just to clarify this one, not all NI deliveries are with UK Mail. Mine is via UPS (it tells you the carrier on the Apple dispatch email) and those numpties cannot seem to manage to get the phone from Tamworth to me in ANtrim before Monday.

Right p*ssed off....

OR sod's law could be used to get that delivery in! Of course being sod's law it's not going to work but hey, at least you won't be doing the peepee dance all day.

7 hours waiting now, I'm in portsmouth and its being delivered from Eastleigh, which is only a 20 min drive away!
Hope it gets here before 4.30 as I'm going away for the weekend and not back untill Monday morning, knowing my luck it will probably turn up as soon as I leave!
 
Just had it confirmed that I won't be receiving my phone today because CPW managed to put my address on label as 'East Sussex' Thank you Carphone Warehouse, thats the first and last time I order from you!!! :(:(:(:(
