Ordered on the 14th at around 7.30am. Got a notification email from apple saying I should be recieving it by tomorrow 27th
A lot of people have been saying their phones arrive the day after it was shipped. Are you sure they're all coming from China?
when did you order? when did it go preparing for shipment and when did it ship and finally, how long did it take for it to ship and be delivered?
please this is really important, if it does not come to me before 2nd of Nov. i am gonna cancel it before it ships. It says processing items delivers 25th october - 1st november, ordered on 16th.
I ordered mine at 10am on 14th October. It changed to "Preparing for shipment" some time last night and was shipped at 13:35 today to arrive tomorrow. If yours follows the same schedule it should be delivered on 31st October (since I'd be surprised if it would be delivered on a Saturday).
When you've been through what I've been through and racking up over £200 in Apple calls alone from the landline... you definitely feel sick.

what did u order? and hwcome it delivered in one day?:s didnt it come from china?
From what I understand the website only tells you it's shipped once it's with the domestic courier, such as UK mail.
I'm still not happy with Orange tho! Box in hand at till and they then realised it was from their 'contract stock'
Oh and the orange store told me they are not getting any stock for 'a while' apparently, they were told there's more of a shortage than they expected.

Well, directly getting through to the team vs waiting (on average 7 mins +) to get to someone. I was really desperate to pre-order. They've agreed to refund the charges though.
An 0845 number (which is the most expensive) is 5p a minute so you talked with them for 67 hours?? No wonder people can't get through!
