UK iPhone 4S thread.

No happy ending here :D:D:D, but does anyone recall when Carphone Warehouse started taking pre orders?

Also, when did they started taking O2 upgrade pre orders?
 
I can't see the email confirmation times bearing any resemblance to the order in which they're processed. It's not like there's one guy with one pile of orders to work through

Carphone Warehouse are/were taking them for O2 upgrades. I did mine yesterday morning, but didn't receive the order confirmation I was told I would get and called today to query and they said they have taken loads of orders so couldn't say who will or won't get delivery this friday.

If I don't hear anything by tomorrow afternoon, I may head down to O2 at 4am! :D
 
My 32GB Black has moved to the preparation stage, confirmation email was received at 9:22

My 16GB White hasn't yet though, I preordered it about 90 mins later
 
Anyone who ordered from Vodafone has anything in the way of a confirmation? I know i've passed the credit check but i've not heard anything since that.

Went for the iPhone 4S White 64GB... £219.00 for the phone £41.00/mo 24months.

Based purely on the comments on this thread I would say it is surely the black iphones that are being sorted first.

My white 16gb is still processing....
 
Status changed

Hi All,

My order changed to Preparing for shipment. Not sure the exact time it changed but I checked at about 2pm and it hadn't, checked again about 6pm and it had. I placed my order online with Apple at 8:45am on the 7th. 64gb Black. I got the confirmation email at 9:52am on the 7th

I can't tell you how hyper I am, this is my first iPhone I'm using a 5 year old Sony Ericson at the moment. Do you think I'll see much difference lol

Haha, brilliant. All the little green lights are on, we're all online hitting refresh every 30 seconds. My Mrs thinks I'm barmy. Its gonna be like Christmas in our house when this beauty turns up lol

I ordered the dock with mine and mine is still processing.

White 64GB 4S. Ordered at ~8:46AM on the 7th and got confirmation email at 9:19AM on the 7th.

I doubt the inclusion of the dock has anything to do with it though.

So that's two of us ordered one then. ;) I was starting to think I was the only one and it was lost in a dark corner somewhere, since I'm still at the processing stage
 
Just thought I'd mention how chuffed I am that there's a 64GB version this time .. been waiting a while :) 64GB Black ordered .. still processing .. confirmation email received at 10:26am
